It’s technologically possible, but the IP camera would need a phone line and a power source to do it’s job. If these were supplied then you could watch the image on a web page via the net. A mile is too far for a wireless hub to pick up the signal even if the IP camera was wireless.

In 1 condition and it’s if user connect that IP phone to Lab top or something like this THAT HAS GSM MODEM in this case it possible to have remote on this camera! or may he/she use LAN,MAN to be in a circle of a WEB service then can remote his camera.but it only a normal camera! and hasn’t any connection to any PC or PDA or MAN,LAN its impossible.

the technology is possible and it is here now. there are wireless security cameras and also ones that is an internet camera where it can send live video and audio feeds online where you can view it in a webpage.
